Martina Fidanza defends Scratch Race title at Track World Championships

Martina Fidanza has defended her crown in the Women's Scratch Race at the UCI World Track Championships in France.
Beating off tough competition from the likes of Maike van der Duin and Jessica Roberts who took silver and bronze respectively, Fidanza emerged victorious from a tight, cagey race, accelerating with such ferocity that the rest of the field just simply couldn't come close.
