The
Movistar Team for the upcoming
Amstel Gold Race has been unveiled. The seven-man lineup for the Spanish-based team will be fronted by the Portuguese
Ruben Guerreiro.
Alongside the 28-year-old former Giro d'Italia King of the Mountains winner, Guerreiro, Movistar have opted to go with the Spaniard,
Alex Aranburu, former Tour of Britain winner,
Gonzalo Serrano, 30-year-old
Jorge Arcas, the experienced duo of former Giro d'Italia stage winner
Gorka Izagirre and two-time Spanish national road race champion, Jose Joaquin Rojas and Swiss rider
Johan Jacobs.
Enric Mas meanwhile, although absent from the Movistar lineup for the Amstel Gold Race will be front and centre of the team for the upcoming Fleche Wallonne and Liege-Bastogne-Liege an official announcement made on the Movistar Team's Twitter account revealed.
