Stage 8 of the Tour de France saw a few crashes marking the day, the explosive finale saw Mads Pedersen beat Jasper Philipsen in the sprint whilst the GC fight saw Simon Yates and Mikel Landa shed time due to a crash, whilst Steff Cras and Mark Cavendish abandoned the race.
