Jury & Fines. Stage 3 of the Tour de France went by more smoothly then the hilly days in the Basque Country, with Jasper Philipsen taking the win at the end of the day.
The jury took the following decisions on stage 3:
Egan Bernal (INEOS Grenadiers): Throwing bidon out of designated area. 500CHF and 25 UCI points fine.
Ramon Sinkeldam (Alpecin-Deceuninck): Throwing bidon out of designated area. 500CHF and 25 UCI points fine.
