Alpecin-Deceuninck's Jasper Philipsen took a brilliant victory at the 2023 Elfstedenronde Brugge, outsprinting some top quality opposition.
Heading into the final 20km the sole leader, Frank Van den Broek had a lead of around 50 seconds ahead of the peloton. With 6.2km left though, the 22-year-old Dutchman was caught. In the final it was Caleb Ewan who opened it up but Jasper Philipsen was unstoppable with Fabio Jakobsen in third.
